Hmmm... Gujarat is a pretty large area. It runs from Pakistan down almost all the way down to Mumbai. Speedboats? Fishing boats? Rubber rafts? It will probably take a while to get all this sorted out...

Just reported that all terrorist came into Mumbai by boat. Apparently they took a large fishing boat from Gujurat. The rubber crafts were launched from the boat. That fishing boat could have entered the port near the Gateway of India. That is near the Taj Hotel and about the middle of the city on the western shoreline. Google Earth shows that large boats do anchor in the harbor near the Gateway of India.
