Kim Jong-il had Stroke Last Month, Emergency Operation was Considered

The health of N. Korean leader Kim Jong-Il (age: 66) deteriorated again, suffering another stroke in late last month, and emergency operation was considered, said Chinese sources who are familiar with N. Korean situations on Nov. 25th. Kim collapsed in August due to a stroke. Survivors who suffer from aftereffect tend to recover, so we suspect that tension ran high at intelligence agency of many countries when Kim suffered the relapse.

According to the sources, Kim’s chronic heart condition worsened in last August, requiring urgent hospitalization. After thorough medical test, it was determined that a blood clot from his heart traveled to his brain and blocked a blood vessel there. It was reported that Neurosurgeons from both China and France were dispatched and, a few days later, a French medical specialist performed an operation.

The left half of his body remains paralyzed, and his speech is slurred. Still, his medical condition had been relatively favorable for two months after his surgery. However, in late October, he had another stroke. Since his condition was serious, his medical team carefully considered the prospect of the second urgent operation. It is not clear whether the second operation was performed or not. Putting together information from diplomatic sources in Beijing, we believe that his condition is in a lull.

Since Kim has diabetes and kidney disease, the toxin produced from this condition must have affected the performance of the other internal organs, which reached the point where he had been experiencing temporary losses of consciousness beginning around last year. A diplomatic source pointed out, “The announcement on the nuclear issue which requires Kim’s final approval had been made on the 12th of this month, so it is thought that his judgment is still sound, but his health has clearly deteriorated.”

This article has the most specific account of what happened to Kim last August: blood clot from his heart traveling to his brain blocking the blood vessel there, which required a surgery.

On a related note, many photos of Kim have been published by N. Korean media recently. At the same time, N. Korean front sites on Internet were reportedly removing his old photos from their archives systematically. It is believed that N. Koreans want to prevent outsiders from spotting any new Kim's photos which are doctored version of old photos, by removing originals.

How silly and fruitless of them to do so. But, in doing so, you get an insight into their level of sophistication in these matters, which is to say, very LOW.

It’s good that the public is more aware of the symptoms brought with stroke. I had one in Basic Training (1984, Ft. Jackson)Blood vessel burst feeling in my head with numbness on the left side of my face and on my inner thigh, but back then those symptoms were not well publicized and after I ran PT the next morning I thought “Well, I guess it was nothing.”

I have this theory Tiger that they told Chia Pet family that because of diabetes and other stuff they didn;t tell Chia Pet himself about take care of himself

OR they too scare to tell him cut back

Very likely, a similar fate was probably the demise of Stalin (although with a little help of Beria)

Could be Chia Pet saw his visa bill and stroke out after his eldest son spent so much on by drinking his own stash of booze and messing around with Russian hookers that Vlady so wholeheartly contribute to
