He would have no right to appoint to the court. Declaring him ineligible means just that. He is right now a citizen - he is not a senator nor is he the President Elect. That claim can only be given after the electoral vote has been counted. I do believe that has yet to happen. Actually I know it, but your claim is preposterous. Obama would then say for the sake of the nation he is increasing the amount of judges on the court and once his stooges were in place they'd overturn the verdict. Now imagine if he is allowed to take office. Do you not think that there are just as many people that will take offense and take to the streets? Our claim is Constitutional, their claim is to overtake our country. We will not stand by idle.

If anything was to be learned during the Clinton years its that when the RATS rule the law only applies to everybody else. These scum don't care about the rule of law, only power and Zero will have enough moronic followers to get away with it.
