He doesn not take questions unless it is planned ahead. If you noticed, when he does take questions he looks down on his list of names and then calls on a name. Sure sign the questions are planned ahead and his answers written down for him. Don’t expect anything different IF he happens to be sworn into office on January 20th. We will know on December 5th if Donofrio’s case is fully heard. I do believe it will be heard and the Constitution will be followed. :)
I would be optimistic if I believed that the majority of justices had any interest in the Constitution.
