Cops got the best dope
String em up. How many people did his drug deal help kill?
Gosh, that’s only worth a letter of reprimand if he worked in Aspen, CO (documented in the local press) and that letter would be for working a second job while on duty. Some narrow minded conservatives down south.
WWJD?
I bet there’s a whole lot more to this story than anybody will ever say. The very reason Mexicans join state and border-town police departments in the US is so they can be eyes and ears for the cartel. It looks like somebody in the department forgot to fill in Jesus Rafael Larrazolo about an ongoing investigation.
Nothing unusual about that down here. Everone is corrupt. its a way of life. This is Mexico not U.S.
OK I know that Editing is a defunct occupation, but are we supposed to believe that newspapers don't even have Microsoft SpellCheck?

I hope they use the fact of his having displayed his credentials to put this crime “under the color of law” and jack up the prosecution to the max. Armed, dope-dealer cop. What a country!
I support using FISA and covert oversight on our own government officials first before even thinking of using it on the citizens of the US of A.
Unfortunately this is most probably not an isolated case. The Judicial System and government in general are the biggest crooks in America. All lawyers, politicians and anyone in charge that can hinder a person’s freedoms should be polygraphed and put under drugs that prohibit lying twice yearly for questioning. It would amaze American’s what is happening here and now.
Best Buy sells refrigerators. This idiot should have bought a fridge and placed the bricks in the freezer ala William Jefferson and then claim he was holding it for the cops.
No harm, no foul, no jail.... no problem!
“Cocaine’s a hell of a drug.”
Valle ping!
If you want on, or off this S. Texas/Mexico ping list, please FReepMail me.
regardless, put him away. inmates love cops in the clink.
Yes. He is a TX State Trooper. They work for the Department of Public Safety(DPS).
i think “Walker: Texas Ranger” might want to have a few words with this guy.
Yep as the saying goes down there, they dont tolerate corruption
they demand it.
If he’s been with the DPS for 4 years you can imagine how many deals he muled before being caught in broad daylight.
"I haven't entered a house of my fathers.
But an alien house.
A house I vow to bring down.
A house I spit on.
A house the whole world hates.
A house, but not a home.
A multicultural society.
Gated of course.
Sometimes with only invisible barriers.
Nonetheless, gated."
