Americans have already spoken and they have demanded that Republicans resign.
Give the idiots a few years without someone to blame. It will eventually sink in.
What Americans are resigning? There is a big difference between being voted out of office (like Stevens in Alaska) or not being elected (like McCain). There is no serious public calling for Bush or anyone else to resign right now.
However, check back in a couple of years.
