Yes, you read that right. The judge in the case not only denied the motion, he also elevated Obama to the presidency before the Electoral College votes and before the Inauguration takes place Jan. 20. Is it any wonder he didn't understand the constitutional issues at stake?

Why is anyone surprised at this?? We have watched our judicial system being overrun by liberals for decades and done little or nothing about it. The US is only reaping what it has sown and conservatives have stayed silent and allowed it to happen.

These judges are saying some amazing things. In the Berg case the judge never mentioned the constitution, only that millions had already voted and that was all that mattered. The case from yesterday was even more amazing because the judge claimed there wasn’t enough public interest to go forward with it.

Not surprising. So many people have gone off the deep end with Obama worship, just like they did with Bush hatred. I don't recall any public outcry to convict me when I was arrested for drunk driving years ago but it sure didn't stand in the way of the judge convicting me. I haven't heard any great outcry to put Barry Bonds in prison for 50 years but that's what they're threatening him with.
