Okay, to keep it civil then - what do you do when the United States government fails to fulfil its end of the bargain and ignores the Constitution? (As I fully expect the Obamination to.)
What then? If, as you say, the state is bound by the Constitution, it cannot rise up in violent rebellion. The only option is to end participation in the contract that the Feds will by then have abrogated through their own actions.
