Does anybody have an example of an American citizen whose rights were trampled? I vaguely recall on O'Reilly's show a segment on an American who was under surveilance and went through a week or so of detention because of some alleged terrorist event. It turns out he was out of the country at the time of the event and was awarded $1M. I think O'Reilly, who was mad about the size of the payout, said something to the effect of, "Throw me in jail for a week or two and give me $1M!" (No snide remarks, please.)
