Wow... smellier, and smellier. I just want them to push something blatantly Unconstitutional, then the Military’s off the chain and able to wreak havoc on the corruptors of government.
The irony is that the media and others hinted that McCain wasn’t eligible because he was born in the Canal Zone. McCain produced his birth certificate showing birth in a military hospital in the Canal Zone, and I believe he is eligible under certain statutes that confer naturalized citizenship on children born in military hospitals (I forget the exact wording).
But Obama’s birth certificate Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz....
So where is the perfect description of the current state of play?
I know Obama posted a suspect certificate somewhere; was it pulled or disproved as a forgery? Definitively?
What is the Obama campaign’s current stance on the issue? Silence? Denial without documentation? What?

If Obama is declared ineligible, there will be chaos among the Democrats with Hillary back in play, Biden making a play, and lots of people angry that Obama’s been disqualified that might do anything, including vote for McCain to protest against the party.

You must be born within the United States to be eligible for the Presidency - you cannot be born on foreign soil, even if both your parents are citizens. Only ONE of Obigula’s parents is a citizen.

Not in this case. His mother was a minor and did not have US residency for 10 years prior. He also may have lost his citizenship by becoming an Indonesian citizen by way of adoption through his father. He is a fraud.
They demanded McCain’s. McCain produced it.
It wouldn’t invalidate the election. There are Constitutional mechanisms in place to deal with unqualified Presidential candidates. If it turns out that O isn’t qualified then either the EC selects the next President or House selects the next President (before the Inauguration) or (after Inauguration) O is impeached and convicted and Biden becomes President. If Biden is implicated and gets impeached and convicted then Pelosi becomes President, then Byrd, then the Secretary of State, and so on down the chain of succession. Biden is going to be the next VP, barring conviction for any involvement in a coverup, as the Electors cast their votes for POTUS and VPOTUS seperately and distinctly. In theory we could end up with McCain/Biden. But I personally have a serious problem with any appointments made by O if he turns out to be ineligible for the office. In any case, there will not be a new election. We already have a President-elect, we just don’t know who it is yet.

How about his college transcripts while we are at it? Don’t we have a right to know how intelligent our President is? Obama cannot say a complete sentence without stammering. His grade school was a mnadrassa in Indonesia. He was stoned through high school and probably most of college.
