He acted like he wanted to be president...for a little while.

Good. He’s one of the best actors on TV and is much appreciated. He’s too classy for politics.

“He never left acting and don’t you forget it.”

Rush says that politics is show business for unattractive people.

I’d like to see him on Boston legal. That would be a hoot.

Good… if he stayed in the race he might have had a chance at beating McLame.

Fred Thompson never seemed like he wanted the job;acting career and trophy wife were enough!

The GOP primaries were a waste of time, filled with RINOs without the moxie to fight for the job or our nation's future.

Wow, I just checked, and you’re correct-this is the last season. That’s too bad as I just “discovered” them last month. LOL Tells you how much I watch TV, huh?

After the horrendous acting job in the 2008 election things can only go up.

Go back to the big screen Fred, TV is just a fad.

I’m an occasional watcher but I had read somewhere that the network wanted to cancel it and the producer sacrificed another show he had on the network to keep it on another season. I guess he wanted to give it a proper series end (maybe Denny will get back with Candice Bergen’s character at the end or something)
