reporter: “Sir, my question is about a growing problem. What do you plan on doing about gang violence and inner city violence. Statistics show these people are killing each other in record numbers”
Captain: (no repsonse)
reporter: “Sir?”
Captain: “yes”
reporter: “Are you going to comment?”
