I am awaiting clarification from the Clerk's office at the United States Supreme Court as to whether my stay application has now been accepted in lieu of a more formal full petition for certiorari (and/or mandamus or prohibition). Such a transformation is a rare and significant emergency procedure. It was used in Bush v. Gore, a case I have relied on in my brief.
We do know the case has certainly been "DISTRIBUTED for Conference", a process usually reserved for full petitions of certiorari. Stays are usually dealt with in a different manner. As to a stay application, a single Justice may; a) deny the stay; b) grant the stay; c) refer the stay to the full Court.

I find it interesting that a certain group of black American politicians have finally begun to wonder about Obama’s “authenticity”. Meaning, he is not of black American, slave extraction, but is, instead, a product of “foreign” blood. Therefore, not “authentic”. Maybe even they can see where this is going? I find it revealing that this upstart nobody, that bounced all over the globe during his early years, cannot understand why Americans would be concerned about the circumstances of his birth. It demonstrates, on his part, a total lack of understanding of the American electorate—a lack of understanding worthy only of a foreigner!
Absolutely! If no one is willing to vet Obama’s citizenship, especially in light of the theatrics he has been playing, then we really do live in a banana republic. It is getting so bad, with all the voter fraud stuff from the democratic party...which to them is a “right” for the democrats, but a fraud by the republicans, that we already have a serious situation. How can our government not step in and demand that states oversee the election process in a just way? If we are saying that the problem is too big, then our country is in big trouble, my friends.

YET IT REALLY APPEARS A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT WOULD BE NEEDED TO INCLUDE A FOREIGN MILITARY BASE HOSPITAL AS PART OF THE UNITED STATES!!!! IT HAS BEEN ASSUMED MILITARY AND EMBASSY-LIKE INSTALLATIONS / COMPOUNDS IN FOREIGN LANDS ARE CONSIDERED PLACES WHERE “NATURAL BORN” EXTENDS AND WAS SO INTERPRETED FOR SR 511. A LOT OF VETS WOULD BE VERY TICKED IF THEY BORE A CHILD SO AND HE COULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS CONFORMING TO ART 2 BUT THIS REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLARIFIED BY CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ONCE SPOUSE WERE ACCOMPANYING EACH OTHER INTO THESE SITUATIONS OUTSIDE US BORDERS.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF BOTH CANDIDATES WERE ELIMINATED? …. WOULD THE WHOLE ELECTION WOULD BE SCRUBBED? WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SHOULD THE SUPREME COURT AGREE?? IS BIDEN INSTALLED BY ELECTORAL COLLEGE? SURELY THIS WON’T BE SETTLED BY DEC 15. DO BIDEN-PALIN RUN OFF IN ELECTORAL COLLEGE, CONGRESS, OR RE-RUN OF GENERAL ELECTION.? HEAD SPINNING YET?????
Did you hear that McCain actually won Florida’s vote on Election day November 4th, but Obama won due to absentee ballots and early voting by 11% I believe the number was? How many of those ballots were legit?
I don’t agree with early voting. Absentee ballots should be verified.
That’s strange. I got an unknown screen popped up on me a few minutes ago and said it was running a virus scan (not my brand). I quickly unplugged the computer to stop it and am now running mine. I think “they” might be nervous about this subject.

If it is determined that he was not eligible to run, could those poor folks who donated money to his campaign demand a refund or sue claiming criminal fraud?
The problem with McCain is that they did not at the time of his birth have a military hospital built in Panama. It was several years later that they built one. His mother had no choice in a hospital. They passed a law that gave him natural born citizenship since his father was in the military and his wife had no other choice. I think that is the right decision. He father was in the Military fighting for our country. He should be considered a Natural born
