BUT- NObama is NOT elegible for the position of Prez if not natural born. Therefore, Biden, who was not elected, but chosen as a Veep running mate, cannot be given the job.

I think NObama knew this from the very first. He woulds also have been not eligible for his Senator from Illinois position. Wonder if that is why all his records were shredded? Something in loose notes or what ever that mentions he was not natural born?
The fault of all of this is plainly on the shoulders of NObama. He and he alone knew for years that he was not natural born.
The second level of blame goes to Howard Dean and the DNC. They should have vetted him more closely.
I hope there are some strong spines in the Supremes and they realize that letting NObama continue forward with this HOAX is putting the entire USA in jeopardy.

We already know that NObama broke every campaign law with accepting money for all over the world.
Letting this HOAX continue is a slap in the face of every person who does things right and a slap at every United States military person who has fought and/or died for the things this country stands for.
Somewhere in old Illinois State Senator records, I saw his middle initial as “J” rather ‘H’. It was a form type document. Could have been a typo or a clue to yet another alias.
Here is another reason to play this game.
Just suppose he is qualified.
Not born in Hawaii, yet still elligible.
What if he was born in Chicago or Seattle and dumped with the Dunhams after the novelty of a newborn became to great a burden for a teenager.
His demonstration of not being forthright with his records regarding elligibilty opens the door for the rest of the world that may want to be POTUS.
He sets a precedent that no proof need be shown of age, citizenship, name, or natural-born status and turns our Constitution into....
