Call me skeptical, but I wonder if the dog was really a pit bull.
Seems every dog attack in the news is by a “pit bull”, just like most every gun crime involves an “AK47”.
Poke salad Annie, pitbull got her granny.
No need to be skeptical. Although the media may have some credibility issues with their reporting on the war on terror, global warming, electoral politics, firearms, unions, big business and homosexual advocacy, you can rely on their reporting of vicious dogs to be 100% accurate and agenda free.
At least that's what I've been told by some Freepers.
What a horrific site this teenager witnessed. What did he learn from his father? How not to be a man.
Good grief, SHOOT the beast.
Any relation to Barak Obama?
I would of stopped the pit bull. I would not of stood by while watching her eyes get torn out. This just irks me.
Why would you be skeptical? Given police and witness involvement in the case, it would seem to be a very risky move by a reporter to make up the dog’s breed out of whole cloth just to “score a point” in the war against pit bulls.
(Seems every dog attack in the news is by a pit bull, just like most every gun crime involves an AK47)
Don’t forget that every shooting is a “drug deal gone bad”.
My BS meter is clicking on “overload” on this one.
“I wanted to jump the fence to save my Grandmother, but her son, my dad, stopped me”
Please.
Gee whiz, ANOTHER pit bull victim. RIP.
The peasants don't carry arms. That may well be the fate of the rest of us as Obama takes office.
They probably didn’t have a gun.
It’s a tough call. It’s not necessarily “being a man” to get yourself killed along with someone else.
I’m sure it’s a difficult decision to make, in the heat of the moment.
It’s like when you see someone drowning. You want to jump in and save them. But the experts tell you DON’T, get a stick or something, but don’t go in with a drowning victim. Apparently, the normal outcome is two drowning victims.
Unless of course you are a super trained lifesaving swimmer or something.
Honestly, I’d have probably stopped my son.
Then again, we are armed so we could have just shot the bugger.
They couldn’t stop it?
Didn’t anyone have an SUV?
Dear Lord, have mercy.
South African News?
Though I love Pits, I would have been the first over the fence to get that dog off her.
Something sounds fishy. Either a made up story or the neighbor dad was in on Grace’s son’s plan of eliminating Grace as a burden for the family.
