Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

There is no ignoring this, the office of president of the United States requires adamantly the person to be a US citizen, no gray area of in between.

Not really, if a candidate and a President-Elect will *not* produce his original birth certificate when the issue is in question and is a matter of the Constitution as far as eligibility of office.
It’s such a *minor thing* for a person to produce such a document, that having someone spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to *refuse to show it* — “shows” (in and of itself) that there is definitely some kind of problem there....

Look at it as a pre-inauguration day test regarding his knowledge of economics: If he’d rather spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers’ fees resisting a simple, legitimate request that could be satisfied by spending a mere ten dollars, then how savvy could he be about the billions of dollars involved in an issue like the auto bailout?
Hussein’s supporters don’t care if he’s natural born or not. They want him.

Until he came along, it has never been a problem, as far as I know. There was no question about the legitimacy regarding constitutional requirements of prior candidates and the eventual winners.
Obama has made it a legitimate question and thus a problem that will hang over his head.
So get up from the desk and go sit on the couch.
Let others write your share of letters.
Let others make your share of phone calls.
And then someday it'll be easier to rationalize someone else standing your place in the firing line.

There are conflicting reports of where he was born and there is that little fact that he was adopted by an Indonesian and lived in Indonesia. Even if he was born in Hawaii, his mother renounced his citizenship, if he did not repatriate himself as an adult he is not a citizen. That little ole document, THE CONSTITUTION says our President MUST be a natural born citizen. Now we just brush that aside so we don’t seem petty? No thanks, producing a birth certificate is really no big deal and he could end it tomorrow.
I do not care what it sounds like to you or other unPatriotic Constitution tramplers. Protection of the U.S. Constitution is of utmost importance. All he has to do is have Hawaii release all his birth records. It is silly or dangerous that he has only fought to have the records sealed. Someday, under freedom of information, these records will see the light. I hope our nation isn't humiliated to it's core. I know William Ayers and his friends would like nothing better than to see the mighty United States humbled.
I am sure our brave soldiers who fought, bled and died would not think this is Sour Grapes.
