Suit filed in Sacramento seeks to force the president-elect to show better proof of citizenship.
A Buena Park pastor and vice-presidential candidate noted for his politics from the pulpit is a party to a lawsuit seeking to keep President-elect Obama from taking office.
The lawsuit claims Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra Bowen not certify California's election results until he provides more concrete evidence.
Wiley Drake, pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park, is named as a plaintiff, as is Alan Keyes. Drake ran for vice-president on the American Independent ticket with Keyes, who got the presidential nod.
"We want the truth," Drake said. "If Barack Obama can prove he's a natural-born citizen, we'll go away. If not, we won't go away."
Drake said he and his attorneys have an audiotape of Obama's grandmother describing how she witnessed his birth in Kenya.
"We have what we think is pretty strong evidence that Barack Obama is not natural born," Drake said.
Obama's birth certificate says he was born in Honolulu, but the lawsuit claims that is insufficient evidence because the certificate does not list a doctor nor a hospital.

I thought he was referring to the COLB, which is also a fraudulent document.

Why can’t Obama do what just about any normal American can do? I can go to my bedroom, pullout the important papers file drawer, reach in and grab my birth certificate official copy from a state I haven’t been in for nearly 40 years and show it to anybody that’s interested in seeing it. He could put all these lawsuits to rest with a simple action. “Here it is. Now go away.” But he won’t. WHY????????????????????........

What about entering two universities as a foreign student and applying for foreign aid. Does that make it fraud? A Felony, assuming he is a citizen naturalized or by birth. Or, is he in fact an alien, but not a citizen naturalized or by birth? Again ineligible to assume POTUS.
Someone must have the balls out there to do what’s right who doesn’t need the approval from the media or others like little girls in a sorority.
If the economy keeps tanking, it would be a great excuse for a tax revolt. If he represents Kenya - Tax them instead!
