Yahoo Inc. said Monday that its co-founder and chief executive, Jerry Yang, will step down after the company finds a replacement, following a tumultuous and short tenure that included the company's rejection of an offer by Microsoft Corp. to buy the company.

He should have sold the company to Bluescreensoft, Inc, and let them destroy a great name brand like they had destroyed their own.

He ran it into the ground. The bastard had the gall to stand for re-election after vetoing the Microsoft deal, and now he flat walks away less than six months later after the shares have fallen 75%.
