Alan Keyes, vice-presidential candidate Wiley S. Drake, and the Chairman of the American Independent Party, Markham Robinson, have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento seeking to bar Secretary of State Debra Bowen from certifying to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the names of Electors, and from transmitting to each presidential Elector a Certificate of Election, until documentary proof is produced and verified showing that Senator Obama is a "natural born" citizen of the United States, and does not hold citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya or Great Britain.

In addition, they have asked that the court issue a peremptory writ barring Senator Obama's California Electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until such documentary proof is produced and verified.

In response to questions about why the suit was being filed, Ambassador Keyes commented, "I and others are concerned that this issue be properly investigated and decided before Senator Obama takes office. Otherwise there will be a serious doubt as to the legitimacy of his tenure. This doubt would also affect the respect people have for the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. I hope the issue can be quickly clarified so that the new President can take office under no shadow of doubt. This will be good for him and for the nation."

Several researches have exhausted every public source of filing in Hawaii and find no marriage certificate, witnesses, or notices.

“Ann filed for divorce in Honolulu in January 1964, citing “grievous mental suffering”—the reason given in most divorces at the time. Obama Sr. signed for the papers in Cambridge, Mass., and did not contest the divorce.”

From my memory: The supposition was that she and BHO left for Kenya over winter break. So if the marriage date of February ‘61 was correct, it must have been over there.

The new piece of information we have is Hillary as Sec of State. This can only mean she may have the goods. And the goods are likely a State Dept. form 240 Report of US Birth from an overseas consulate, dated 1961, which would have been filed to Washington (State Dept!) per procedures. So would the White House, and the FBI—everyone must already know where this is going.

Note that the only member on Congress who survives the new term on 3 Jan is.....VP and Senate President CHENEY. Only he can open the letters from the Electors. He’s also the only one left standing with nothing to lose. Picture this: it’s CHENEY who, on 6 Jan., in front of the new Congress, refuses to open the letters from each State until SCOTUS rules on “natural born” status. What if this is already baked-in and the smart money may already knows it—no court would act first, they’ll all wait for Cheney (!)

....And no one in the joint session, including Pelosi, is Constitutionally authorized to open the letters—they all have to hold hands, cross the street to SCOTUS, and the end game begins.

This fake COLB is what I call an effort to OJ his way out of a serious situation. Like the faked effort to put on the gloves, so to is this COLB a faked effort.

Abercrombie simply follows the narrative of 'Dreams from My Father' - IMO any detail supplied by Abercrombie is not reliable.

'According to divorce records'? I doubt if anyone has been able to locate any such thing. The 'evidence' is purely anecdotal from what I can see.

A few points on Atlas Shrugs excellent research.

1. It explains why photographs of a group containing Mr. Stanley A. Dunham, BHO Senior & others were scrubbed from the net as many researched. Once they were posted FR began dissecting & identifying those in the picture. It was obvious the two ‘lovebirds’ hadn’t met in Russian Class. and more likely that Daddy Dunham had provided the introduction.

2. I thought Anne enrolled in Correspondence Courses at U. Washington and not necessarily there in the flesh? What witnesses place her in WA during the prenatal and delivery time?

3. And how does this story intersect with the African paper article from 2004:

Where does the name or alias Anna Toot originate?
Why did the Kenyan relatives (Sarah..Kezia) think her last name was Toot?
And later Obama wife #1 had stated, “Anna Toot was like a sister to me” Nowhere is sisterhood based upon long-distance phonecalls or letters.

Was not Ruth (from Harvard) the #3 or #4 wife of Obama flown to Kenyan for an Obama wedding and set up to live among the other wives and bear his children? It appeared consistent to Ann’s story.

And what of the divorce records on file in the State of Hawaii for Obama & Dunham? Don’t they exist? Why would she bother to file and pay an attorney
if there were no records?

If Granny Dunham got stuck raising Anne’s kid, why didn’t Barry begin school in Hawaii at the legally required age so N. Dunham could return to work?

And as many would argue that the biographies written by Obama are written primarily by someone else, they are carefully “seeded” with false innuendo and planted stories to establish a timeline that “fits” the desired outcome of legitimacy and or natural-born citizenship.

Look, Obama's own grandmother said she was there when Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. So somebody's lying, and you know that grandparents don't lie.

Besides, there's the issue with Obama's mother being only 18 and not meeting the length of time requirements for having a child outside of the U.S. Then he lived in Indonesia which prohibited dual-citizenship. So even if he was born in HI, he still had his U.S. citizenship revoked if he went to school in Indonesia.

I am praying that someone powerful who still gives a damn about this country and willingly fall on their sword will stand up and order Obama to provide his original BC. Maybe one of the Supremes hopefully.

There has been absolutely no testimony by anyone of seeing Ann between January of 1961 and when she appears on Mercer Island with the infant Jr, aside from grandma Sarah and two of Jr’s siblings saying they were present at his birth.

If Jr was in fact born in Kenya in 1961 it is highly likely that those records were removed to London with the declaration of Kenya’s independence Dec 12/63. Whenever a country gained its independence from Britain the colonial records were transported to London.
