The Cubs deal already fell through. Cuban voted obama.
I suspect this is a vendetta from the overstock.com guy who hated Cuban for all the naked shorting.

I’m saying insider trading should be decriminalized. Let the market decide if it should be allowed or not by specifying in the shareholder’s contract.

And you would get a huge outflow of capital to other nations.

I don't know if this is a vendetta.
Cuban is a monster, he is a hateful monster too. For anyone to fund a movie that viciously attacks US Troops shows that the guy is a sicko.
His behavior during the Mavs playoffs games where he was screaming like a maniac on the sidelines also show the guy is somewhat unstable.
Just because he is rich doesn't make him sane. I hope they throw the book at this jerk, he is a monster, he is bad for sports and bad for the USA.

The posters who defend the ILLEGAL invaders should be here to defend Cuban by saying he’s entitled to pursue his happiness. /s

“Just so you all know, this guy funded movies against our troops and movies saying 9/11 was an “inside job”, overall this guy is a dirt bag.”
Yep, he’s right up there with the likes of michael moore, michael crook, and the kos freak.
