Very sad story. She obviously didn't learn the danger of charismatics. She will likely follow 0bama anywhere he asks. I am praying for some strong Dems to stand up against the outright Socialism that the Dem leaders are proposing. I doubt if there are many who will go against their leadership. This one certainly sounds like she won't.

Yeah, "politically well-connected" with the DEMOCRATS -- journalists always like to leave that one out. Jones met with the Carters, dined privately with Rosalyn, counted several Democrat Congressmen as friends and allies, etc.

They never like to let people know that Jim Jones was a leftist, and far more of a secular Demagogue than anything else -- he merely used a gloss of religion as a means of social control. He called the slaughter a "revolutionary suicide"......
