Although I am no Constitutional lawyer, from what I have read, each State's Sec. of State “should” but can be compelled to certify the eligibility of the Pres. Elect prior to submitting Electoral Votes. I am believing Electoral College is in late Dec. or by mid Jan.
If no one's suit prevails to force this before inauguration, I also still believe that klintons may drop this bomb, maybe even after inauguration. There is just too much “clinton” in this new bunch with nobama. Something smells!

It is comparable to the Chavez mellow-drama at the United Nations last year, where he came on after President Bush and complained that he smelled sulfur at the podium!!!!!
