Went and culled coyotes off a ranch Friday for a well off friend aka rich ole fart ! Brought home about 150 pounds of Bonsmara Beef for my days efforts. 31 rounds of .223 later.

2 are marinating in the fridge now ......:o)

I made chili today from a venison neck, am marinating cabrito ribs and hams, have rub on the chicken carcasses, last of the fresh jalapenos from the garden are on the smoker to make chipotle, and finally took a break for a beer and FR.

The party for my neighbor's 81st birthday is tomorrow. Life is good when you can kill or pick your own food. (except squirrels. I am very tired of squirrel)

Being a chef, and having good, fresh product to work with... Priceless.

You’re marinating coyotes? Do they taste good that way? I just use them for fertilizer.
