Last week I reported that Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., was in the running to become Obama's secretary of state. Today we learned that the President-elect and his former rival met privately yesterday to discuss the position.
This afternoon I asked California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger what he thought of a possible Secretary Clinton. "I think she is a very very bright woman and very experienced. I think this could be a great move."
But he also said that it's equally important for the president to have a good working relationship with all the members of his cabinet.
"When it comes to those kinds of positions, what is equally as important, and I know with my cabinet, what is equally as important as who is qualified, is who can you work with. Who can you sit down with and really get in there and start becoming a partner [with], that sees things the way you see it," he said.
"And also that you maybe want to learn from that person and admire that person so much that you want to pick up some pointers and learn from that person, so that they together can go out and do this."
Now that you've heard the Governor's take, what do you think of Clinton for secretary of state?
Ahnold? Nah. Hussein wouldn’t want somebody that far left.
Ahnold really needs to end all the pretending and join the Dems.
This man is a Republican In Name Only. Nuff said.
Ahnold is acting more like a girlyman with each passing day.
What experience does Hillary Clinton have in dealing with World leaders? Meeting the their wives doesn’t count. What are her bargaining/negotiating skills?
The noxious gas continually exhaled by this non-stop talker is making me ill.....and I'm thousands of miles away from The Germinator.
GET THE HOOK!

Too many steroids have damaged his brain.
playing devil’s advocate here... I want Hillary on Obama’s doorstep. In a time of great evil the lesser of the 2 evils comes in handy.
Sure will, put Obama and Hillary in the same room and only one of them will come out alive. My bet's on Hillary.:)
But he also said that it's equally important for the president to have a good working relationship with all the members of his cabinet.
How twue, how twue. Except that Hillary will chew up all the other members of the cabinet on her way toward Obama.
LOL, I do find one glimpse of humor in imagining Obama with Hillary. Bon Appetite!
She could pose naked. That would make a freight train take a dirt road.
If Arnold hadn’t married into the Kennedy clan, I think he just might have had a chance. Alas, he has allowed Kalifornia and his leftist relatives to shape him.
For instruction on whats wrong with the republican party just look to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Ah....the “Great Move”
Politicians lookin’ our for the good of our Great Nation, again, it seems.
(Just in case it is needed ... < / s > )
She is a pretty accurate lamp thrower.
If they had asked me, they would have had to wait ten minutes for me to stop laughing.
Lets see,if something prevents Obama from being or staying president (like a lack of constitutional bona fides) it goes to a gravely ill and declining Joe Biden. When Biden can’t perform it goes to a very incompetent, unbalanced and much disliked Pelosi. When she breaks down it goes to the hoary undead Bob Byrd.
When he flatlines it goes to the SOS.
President Clinton—sometimes they come back.
Ahnold becoming a dem would raise the mean IQ of both parties.
Obama would be wise to keep the Clinton's as far away from his change-minded administration as possible. A retro-return to the Clinton administration is not the fundamental change contemplated by the people who elected you, Mr. President Elect. When you choose Hillary, you get Bill, too. It's a 2-for-1 Blueplate Special! Bill & Hill's presence would intimidate your other advisors...like having your parents living with you as you & your wife startup a new family. Slick Willie would soon be running roughshod even over you...
Don't do it! Don't let the Clinton pestilence back in or anywhere near the White House...
