Toyota’s said they’re not interested in GM.

Who would be? If they buy GM, they assume the union contract. Wait until after GM dies, the contracts are null and void, and hey presto...

even then Toyota would be foolish to hire former workers of GM who have a union mentality and culture that can’t be broken.
