I’m not so sure. Keyes may be more well known, but I don’t think he’s taken more seriously by liberal courts than Berg was - and Berg is a liberal democrat, right?
How does Keyes have standing? I know he ran against Obama for Senate a few years ago, but how does that give him standing in a Presidential contest?
