“Virtually EVERY veteran returning from the War on Terror despises what the Dems stand for and did NOT vote for Obama.”

Even the ones “of color”?
I think you’d be surprised.

I recall reading that something like 20-25% of “the military vote” went to Obama. Before you holler back “BS!”, consider the ethnic makeup of the military, and with whom the loyalties of that makeup lie.

The veterans of color that I know did not vote for Obama. They voted for that oath they swore and who gave them the best chance to protect it. I’m absolutely CERTAIN many military personnel voted Obama. They VOTED and that matters to me than them NOT voting.

Cheers,
Chris

Yep, that tracks closely with military demographics.

Be angry, be aware of whats going on but don’t be parallized by fear. Take a deep breath and look at who the opposition is....people who can’t even take care of themselves, they voted Obama to make their lives better because they don’t have any self worth to do it for themselves. They can’t survive with that mentality. Prepare for the rough time a head and keep fighting. Obama won 52-48, there are millions in that victory that had no idea as what they were really supporting or they are just cynics. When it starts to really affect them, they will not be happy.

And as for the military and minorities, IMO, a lot but not all, join the military for the career training, not out of a strong patriotic duty. I wonder what the statistics are of minorities that make the military a career? What are the statistics with regard to minorities filling support roles as opposed to infantry? I’m not disparaging any roll, but all people have their own reasons for doing what they do. I can know of 6 people right now that are serving overseas, all college educated, didn’t need the job training but enlisted out of what they felt was their duty. I live in an upper middle class area, and there are A LOT of yellow ribbons around here and believe me these kids were not lacking in options.
