That would be murder. Murder is unlawful even without a Constitution.

Actually, what Obama did in Illinois was to work on protecting a particular way of killing alive unborn children via cancelling their Constitutional rights once born alive! To Obama, the Constitution is nothing more thaqn moldy paper to be ignored when it suits him, even in matters of life and death and protecting abortionists killing born alive children via purposed neglect.
