Because Hawaii didn’t become a state until 1959, records were in flux at that time and Hawaii allowed babies born outside of the state to have a Hawaii state birth certificate issued with some documentary evidence such as examination by a doctor, etc.
Oh, I understand about the Hawaiian CoBs during that time.
I was thinking more along the lines that if the long form also showed that he was born in Hawaii, then couldn’t the Kenyan Drs be used as proof that he was actually born in Kenya?
I just don’t see the Kenyan Drs being in Hawaii for his birth unless they were family members.
Or will the long CoB have his true location instead of the State of convenience?
