That is what I thought also, that Obama has to produce a valid original birth certificate by Dec.1. But read later that Obama must “respond by Dec.1”. That means he could just respond with a motion to delay or dismiss. Someone please correct me if I am wrong and he ACTUALLY MUST PRODUCE the birth certificate by Dec.1st. Anyone??

Interesting point, I have asked many people I know what happens if he does not respond? No one seems to know.
The best comment I had was that:
“Its not a good idea not to respond to the Supreme Court.
But what will he respond with,he will never tell the truth,it would sink his leaky ship.
