I would bet Keyes was invited to join the suit by the attorney, he probably did not institute the suit.
He probably did insitute the suit.
Someone objecting to wild speculation and insinuation was certainly doing a fair share of it.
Here is what Ronald Reagan had to say about Alan Keyes:
“I’ve never known a more stout-hearted defender of a strong America than Alan Keyes.”
Running for President would give him standing.
Being joined by a person from California, who has the largest number of electorates and a more liberal “standing” criteria is no accident.
Keyes knew he had to have all this in place to do what is right to save the Constitution, which he loves.
