“Here’s my contribution:
Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. NO ONE goes to the Father except by HIM.
Mohammed? DEAD
‘allah’? DEAD
Buddha? DEAD
Vishnu? DEAD
Shinto? DEAD
Tao? DEAD
[Yeah, I’m waiting for some wise guy to respond with “Neidermeyer, DEAD!, Wormer? DEAD!”, lol]
All of the above would be deities are dead and in the grave, but Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God and is alive and well and will soon Return exactly as He promised to do.
Bet the rent on that.”
You speak this so forcefully and so negatively against all other religions that I am guessing if you had it your way, you would like for the United States to adopt Christianity as the official mandatory religion to be practiced by all?
Isn’t this the same zealotry and intolerance practiced in Europe from which the early Americans fled? Didn’t their disdain for this “in your face”, believe it or be damned sentiment lead to the incorporation of Freedom of Religion in the 1st amendment and for George Washington to declare:
“While we are contending for our liberty we should be very cautious of violating the Rights of Conscience in others.”

Haven’t they already addressed this?
Convert to Islam, or die?

Let's see......one World Government, one World Religion, and one World Monetary System coming.
Nope. We are not in the End Times at all.
I am going to go for a stroll in the local graveyard now, and whistle - because there is nothing to all this One World stuff at all.

The Golden Rule essentially calls on people to do unto others as they would have done unto them. The "Golden Rule" is plagiarized from the teachings of Jesus Christ.
9"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. 13"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
Matthew 7: 9-13
Of course, Christians need not apply to this new Global Religion.

Armstrong's wish is to combine universal principles of respect and compassion into a charter based on a "golden rule" she believes is at the core of every major religion.
No, it comes from these:
Matthew 7:120... "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
Luke 6:31... "Do to others as you would have them do to you."

You would be guessing wrong. All citizens have the right to believe whatever they wish, even if those beliefs end up putting the equivalent of a spiritual FedEx label on their butts, for swift delivery straight to Hell at the end of their mortal lives.
It is our obligation as Christians to introduce those doomed souls to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to fully explain their need for the Saviour. But in the end, it is their choice and if God can respect that choice, certainly we can too.
But I'll say it loud and proud for as long as I have breath, that
"Jesus is the Way, the only Way" to enter the Kingdom of God.
Isnt this the same zealotry and intolerance practiced in Europe from which the early Americans fled? Didnt their disdain for this in your face, believe it or be damned sentiment lead to the incorporation of Freedom of Religion in the 1st amendment and for George Washington to declare: While we are contending for our liberty we should be very cautious of violating the Rights of Conscience in others.?
No it's not the same.

How about if we let every religion not be Policed by the Government, and if one Truth prevails over another then that is because it was True?
If you want to live in your own little world where Ideas and Truth cannot penetrate your mind, then move to Mars.

Scripture taken out of context. A favorite ploy of the Adversary. Mix just a little truth with the lie...

I am sure atheist stalinists just can’t wait to join the endeavor. I somehow don’t think so.
