Rush could be part of a consortium of investors, who knows?
I am not sure how much Art and Dan have stashed away or available as a credit line. A few well-vested interests may be needed.

Nascar is going thru some tough times sponsor-wise.
NASCAR needs very much to go through some tough times to remind them where their roots are. Much like the Republican Party.
Dan did show public support for Obama, but I only viewed it as his being a good Democrat and not an Obamaniac.

I’m glad the team is staying in the family. I’m disappointed that the Rooney’s are Catholics who supported Obama.
Although I won’t say it too loudly, the Rooney family is the NFL, much as it was for Paul Brown back in the day in Cleveland and continuing of course in Cincinnati.
That the team is staying with the Rooney’s is a good thing.
I respect you immensely, but there are a few of us diehard, pig headed, Pittsburgh fans who think this is front page, “stop the presses”, breaking news.
It’s not just a guy thing, ... it’s a ‘Burgh thing!
