That's where girls like these live. The Taliban are their brothers and cousins. You cannot nuke the Taliban without nuking their sisters. Their illiterate mothers raised both the girls and their tormentors. These girls will be raising monsters just like that unless they get education. The Taliban understand that threat very well. I am afraid the solution is not as easy as "nuke 'em". Well, I suppose that is a solution and it might be fairly easy. The problem is, it is not a solution that is easy to live with afterwards.
