"Bush is just doing what a decent person would do. Without a ruling, he must proceed."

He's the President of the United States. Do you seriously believe that if disqualifying information existed Bush wouldn't be privy to it? Bush knows when Kim Jong Il sneezes but he can't find out if Obama is eligible to become President? President Bush has authorized Obama to be briefed at the level only afforded himself out of decency while waiting on a ruling? You can't be serious.

Yes, I do believe he wouldn’t know.

States are basically independent of the Federal government. Bush only has privy to federal agencies.

I doubt it is out of anything remotely resembling "decency."

It could be out of a wicked elitist LIBERALISM that scoffs at the Constitution.

A liberalism which rages beneath the surface, as he pretended to be semi-conservative during two elections.

A rage which inadvertantly reveals itself from time to time. And as a lame duck he nearly came out of the closet. In his second term he has acted far more vigorously liberal, without owning up to his real philosophy...or disregard for us and the constitution.

This is what I have long believed of the man.

Just because he hasn't seen it, doesn't mean it does not exist. Besides, as any democrat, he is the stupidest President we have ever had.

Why would Bush question it? No one but us and a few others seem to care. Most of the conservative media thinks it’s a joke, or ignores it, as does the RNC. Besides, there is NO way to prove a negative (why doesn’t Bush give Obama the brush-off).
