Back in 2007, the issue of McCain’s place of burth was clarified. He is considered eligible- no problems for McCain. Wrong! There was a sense of the Senate declaring him eligible. I really don't think the Constitution can be amended by a sense of the Senate resolution.

NO where in the Const. does it define “natural born.” It is the Congress’ right and duty to define.
