I think Keyes is more solid on the Constitution than McCain.

Probably because he has actually read it. Actually he was a Constitutional Lawyer I think.

>>>but he is defeatable in the realm of governance. Sorry, But there's a big difference between government by the people and government by the messiah. He didn't get that nickname for nothin.

Even Clinton was sensitive to public opinion. In the democrats minds, they have a mandate... but it doesn't exist... maybe that's what you meant. Regardless, we cannot afford for Obama to be given the chance to try... I'll take ANY democrat over Obama... ANY! Pick any Black, pro-abortion, pro-tax candidate you like... as long as they are natural born and not in bed with our terrorist enemies, I'll be happy.

Paul was tarred with the “kook” tag like Keyes.

That me be because Paul is actually a kook, or didn't you watch the debates, or read any of his more eloquent stuff?

They have no regard or use for the Constitution. It’s less useful than toilet paper to them. They just kinda make it up as they go along now. Remember that “Office of the President-Elect” sign on the podium at Obama’s press conference? That’s how far removed from adherence to constitutional principles these people have gone. This applies to practically our entire political and legal class, of both “major” parties.

I was just talking with my wife about this. My problem with Obama is that I really don't think he cares what anyone else thinks. We're just the "great unwashed" anyway. Clinton could be counted on to always do what was (perceived) as being most popular. That had its uses. I don't think Obama has any problem with us--ALL of us--screaming at the top of our lungs for him to stop. I guess we'll find out.

Didn’t you know that there is video on Youtube of Biden saying he would be proud to run with McCain?

You have turned this entire subject upside down. You are the one bringing up the topic of a cover up. I believe if anyone is covering something up it is Obama, the DNC, and the rest of his criminal minions.

1. Obama must demonstrate he is natural born.

2. McCain and Palin don’t have (or aren’t supposed to have) any information about Obama’s citizenship. They are only citizens like the rest of us and Obama has Hawaiian privacy rights.

3. Does the president have the legal right to pry into the files of citizens? Or is that illegal? Does he have to get a court order to do so? Maybe he hasn’t checked. Maybe he is like you and considers it unlikely. The out going President isn’t charged with the duty to vet the incoming candidate.

I agree... but I also think it's worse.... I think the screaming will be more like music to his big ass ears... for him, it will be "social justice".

All that we’ve listed is before he is President......Just think how the list will grow.....Unless Keyes suit can stop him.

Wonder if AK ran for Pres on the Indy ticket knowing BO wasn’t qualified and that he would have to “Save the Country”????

I laugh every time someone mentions AK is weird or off the wall etc.....Aren’t we all?

There is no surprise, this board has been researching the COLB long prior to the election. Since you are in the Navy, you might have fun with your new CIC’s SSR.

Here is the link to Alan Keys lawsuit vs. SOS and electorates of California. RE: BO qualifications Since he was a candidate on the Indy ticket he appears to have standing.

"2. McCain and Palin don’t have (or aren’t supposed to have) any information about Obama’s citizenship. They are only citizens like the rest of us and Obama has Hawaiian privacy rights."

All during the campaign Palin and McCain preached the virtues of always putting country first. If they believe Obama was ineligible to serve as president I can't believe they'd sit back and let it happen. They are both more than any other American in a position to question his eligibility and neither one has.

"3. Does the president have the legal right to pry into the files of citizens? Or is that illegal? Does he have to get a court order to do so? Maybe he hasn’t checked. Maybe he is like you and considers it unlikely. The out going President isn’t charged with the duty to vet the incoming candidate.

The President takes an oath to defend the US from all it's enemies. That oath is all that is required to prevent an ineligible person from assuming the highest office in our country. He doesn't need to consult a lawyer before he fulfills the oath he swore to defend. Again if there is any question of eligibility and the president fails to act in the interest of our country he should be impeached.

Bingo. Hope we wake up to that notion soon. Remember Orin Hatch recommended Ruth Bader Ginsberg(And one other uberliberal that I don't recall) as some one that would have no trouble getting through committee, and sure enough they didn't.

Anything or anyone who does not adhere to their insanity are racist.

Well, we'll just have to refuse to accept their opinion.
