David Shuster... you forgot to set your alarm clock dude... you're late... Keith Olberman is waiting for you in his bleeding heart liberal sandbox.

Speaking of Olberman... wonder if that tool will put you in the Worst Person in the World pool today? Probably not since you're a bleeding heart lib / Conservative-hater like him.

You might have already seen this, but more on the Eisenstadt hoax...

Eisenstadt identifies himself on a blog as a senior fellow at the Harding Institute for Freedom and Democracy. Yet neither he nor the institute exist; each is part of a hoax dreamed up by a filmmaker named Eitan Gorlin and his partner, Dan Mirvish, the New York Times reported Wednesday.

Find the culprit and sue his a$$ for slander in civil/supreme court.

Actually, it isn't clear that even Sullivan affords immunity to MSNBC. The standard for libel of a "public person" is whether the defendant knowingly spread falsehoods or acted with reckless disregard. Failing to identify a hoax that could have been uncovered by a simple google search seems to meet the standard of reckless disregard.

The hoax was limited to the identity of the source in the story about Palin - not the Fox News story itself.

MSNBC retraction: "We reported an unverified source as claiming that Mrs. Palin eats poo sandwiches. We are hereby publicly correcting that story, and want the public to know that Mrs. Palin doesn't like bread."

The next “retraction” will be an explanation that it was Asia, not Africa, that Palin confused for a country instead of a continent.

Isn’t that what you pictured his “office” to look like, too? The dollhouse does lend a certain Twilight Zone-y creepiness to the room.

“The only way to make this fair is to have Keith Oberman wrestle nude with a pig on live tv.”
That would be unbelievable cruel to the pig, have some mercy OK

Oh good, now I won’t be watching MSNBC because of Keith Olberchild, not because of this fraud.

David Shuster is an embarassment to American “journalism”. Such as it is...

These pieces of garbage ran it anyway, knowing full well the effect it would have, they either made it up themselves or didn’t verify their fact. But who cares right? As long as ends are justified, who cares about the means? It’s okay now, since they’ve ‘apologised’. Palin should sue their arses for slander.

This should be fair warning to any Conservative who is contemplating running in any future election. If they don’t have the facts, they’ll make them up. If they don’t have a source, they’ll make one up. Either way, they will post the lie/liar on front page/headline news, and post the retraction as an “oh, by the way” or bury it on page 12 of the liberal rag it was first printed on.

I am never watching television news again. It is a worthless waste of time if you want to be informed. There is no real escape from the propaganda that is MSM, but I can at least keep the tv news off.

It is IMPOSSIBLE for MSNBC to be a victim of anything other than its own blatant dishonest attempts at journalism and impartiality.
