Thank you but I'm going to continue to hammer on the liberal/socialist "churches". How many of the complaining Freepers belong to one of these "churches"? If you do, don't complain about the Republican party.

Actually The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America isn't that bad. Depends on where you are. The one here in Lake Jackson, Texas isn't very liberal at all. I have been to it and also to the other Synods of the Lutheran church and not all ELCS churches are liberal. The sermons are very conservative and they use the old liturgy and catechism.
