First step: A new procedural rule that no state that went blue in the presidential election can hold its primary until after Super Tuesday. The states that had the biggest majorities for the republican candidate in November should be the states that get the earliest influence in the primary process of selecting our next candidate. New Hampshire and all the liberal northeastern states should get to select from the leftovers after the truly red-state GOP voters get to downselect the field.

Primaries are how the states select THEIR delegates and are guided by state law. The national party has no authority or jurisdiction to change that. They can refuse to seat delegates but you can see how that worked for the Democrats.
