It think to avoid either of us getting our ‘feelings’ hurt and not to leave either of us out, or place one of us above the other....then both should happen.

I know that you’ve followed and researched this BC question extensively. Have you found any info on the BC being orginally sealed at the time of his adoption when he was four years old?
I’ve heard but haven’t verified that birth records are sealed at the time of adoption to protect the adopted child. I’ve also heard that is why some adopted children have hard times actually finding their true birth parents once they start searching in later life.
I don’t know if any of the above is true or not but thought maybe you had run across some discussion or info regarding procedures of birth records and adoptions.... Thanks for any info you may have.
