>>>Obamas father was a Kenyan national and so, regardless of where Obama was born, he was at birth subject to the laws of both the United States and of Kenya and as such he is not a natural born citizen of the United States and cannot hold the office of president.<<<
This is interesting.

You’re Indian, here’s a good example. My lab partner at school is Indian. She wants to take a graduate research assistant job at the school. In order to get it she is going to have to fly all the way back to India to get her visa status changed. Every i must be dotted and every t must be crossed, and there is still an element of uncertainty involved.
Now why should a lowly graduate student have to jump through all of those hoops, yet the candidate for the most powerful job in the world does not? It is nonsensical and unfair that he should not have to prove definitively his citizenship status.

And what is the FECs defence on this?
I just stumbled across the info this morning so I didn't see any comments from the FEC.
It's easy to shrug it off since Calero never had any chance to win but I'm really bothered that an admitted foreign born candidate did remain on some state's ballots despite the fact that he could never hold office. This guy was honest about his birth and we're supposed to take the democrats word for it that Obama is legal to hold office.

Maybe not McCain. This legal challenge is a non-partisan suit. It includes John McCain.

Sorry, if (LOL) BHO is found fraudulent, Biden becomes the pres. Then, Biden selects his VP, with Congressional approval. But if he was known to be a fraud from the beginning wouldn't that override this whole election through protocol?

There is no doubt that in the Berg case, that they were fighting this on procedural grounds, rather than coughing up a document.

Here you go, mismatched type and all.
Now if we can see the actual micro fiche copy, I'll be happy. But right now, this looks like someone made a copy a newspaper and too a pen to it.

>>>My opinion it is not about his American birth there is something else on the BC that would slighlty damage his credibility.... maybe it states relgion is Muslim, Maybe it lists Race as Caucasion, maybe Obama Senior is not his real father.
This filing isn’t about his birth certificate. If you read it, the filing shows he is not natural born.

WHY THE DRAMA OVER THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE OBAMA ! Because anyone, with even half a brain, would have ended this quickly by producing the original birth certificate, instead of letting this go on and on.
Secondly, we believe in following the Constitution.....every last word of it!

Actually, Donofrio’s and Berg’s filings show that Obama is not natural born despite the fact of showing or not showing the B.C. Both their filings also show that the DNC and state ELECs never vetted Obama.
I think we can render the B.C. a moot issue. He is not eligible even if he whips out a B.C. now.

I wonder if Roger Calero staying on the ballot in some states set a precedent?

Why wont Obama release the birth certificate and supporting documents from the hospital? Why are they spending millions of dollars to fight this in court? That's all the reason anyone needs to be suspicious. We all have to provide certified copies of our birth certificates for many lesser things. Why has Obama and the DNC spent tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees to avoid showing us his birth certificate?
The GOP was too timid to publicly demand evidence. The Judiciary is too corrupt to uphold the Constitution. Congress has already fallen to Obama's fellow travelers. The last hope was a free and vigilant press to demand answers from ALL sides -- but the major media were already in the Socialist/Obamao tank long ago. The rule of law has been mortally wounded, if it is not already dead. Weep for it.
To: WilliamofCarmichael
Actually, the State Dept. had a loophole up until just a mere couple of weeks ago that allowed for passports to be issued to people that didn't have birth certificates. All they needed was a
Letter of No Record and a few flimsy documents that could be obtained from a church (Like Rev. Wrights?).

IMO, If he were a dual citizen at birth (UK & US), the FF would have disaproved. They were concerned about divided loyalties and foreign influence. Sadly, it would only fly among strict Constituionalists.

Berg’s and Donofrio’s filings show DNC as liable for running a non eligible candidate. Would they still exist as a party? Wouldn’t they be held accountable for this mess in some way?

I wonder if Roger Calero staying on the ballot in some states set a precedent?
Precedent is my biggest concern. Obviously some states aren't concerned that Calero could never hold office yet let him remain on their ballots. If we allow Obama to hold office and only later find that he was ineligible, it's another dangerous precedent.
I think we're being set up. It sure looks to me like Jenny Granholm is being groomed for a future run at the white house. She was Biden's sparring partner for debate and she's on Obama's economic transition team. It's how I would do it if I wanted to get people used to the idea of foreign born presidents.
Get one on the ballot, get one elected, then openly put one from an innocuous nation like Canada on the ballot.
