Mark that one as “In Place”. The US Supreme Court has ruled that your property may be taken without cause or reason and sold to anyone else the government chooses. Immanent Domain no longer needs a reason. The court ruled it is an absolute right of the government, abusing the Constitution into being ineffectual. There might as well not be a constitutional clause concerning immanent domain.
