Just watched a short piece on FOX this morning with one of my favorites, Stuart Varney, and he said that Detroit South is doing fine...Honda just opened a new plant in the south and that the NON UNION manufacturers are in pretty good shape compared to their union competition in Detroit north.

Of course, Hussein will bail out his union buddies. They’ll continue to use taxpayer money to fund more RATS.

I stopped getting fleeced by the American auto industry in 1977. I haven’t bought an American car since then, 2 Honda’s, 2 BMW’s and 1 VW are in my driveway.

Start writing the UAW to tell them you will no longer buy American cars. The members screwed us big time. I couldn’t find an email address, so we will have to use postal. I’d like to see them get hundreds of thousands of letters saying the same thing. I bought American all my life to keep our people working. Not anymore. Anything with a union label I am walking away from.

"Somebody better let idiot Obama know that AMERICA is not interested in bailing out the Failing Auto industry with billions of TAXPAYER dollars... aren’t we fleeced enough when we have to BUY the CARS>.... "

The dirty little secret is, we don't HAVE to buy the cars.

The more money that "flows" over the next 4-8 years, is the more money that the obama machine will confiscate. Tighten those belts. It's a lot cheaper to have your older car rebuilt than to buy a new one.

Also, it's generally known that Toyota, Honda, Nisson, and even KIA and Hyundai are better cars, with better gas mileage than most domestic cars. These are all made here in the states now, so you would still be "supporting American jobs" if you bought these brands.

We might not have ACORN to help win elections, but without OUR money they will be a dismal failure. Tighten those belts and don't buy anything you don't absolutely have to buy.

America needs to be rebooted...so it's time to Control-Alt-Delete the cash flow...for a while.

Great point you made and let me add.

If America wanted to bailout the US auto industry we’d buy their cars instead of Japans.
