It will be a government power grab like martial law or a complete take over of shipbuilding or some such nonsense. This will all be staged and will require greater government power to "protect" our "citizens".
Which is the exact plot of "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. The more the government "intervened" the worse the "crisis" got, which caused more government "intervention" which caused worsening of the problem, until it all fell apart............
