No, but maybe defeat of “comprehensive immigration reform” in spite of support from McCain, Democrats, and Bush.
We could pass all of the anti-illegal immigration measures we want, but none of that will change the fact that America’s demographic profile has altered (unless you want to deport the US-born children of Latino/African/Asian immigrants). We either adapt, or fade into oblivion as “the old white man’s party.”
