I friend of mine witnessed this sort of thing at a fraternity party at Marquette University some years ago.
The guilty party was a fella by the name of Chris Farley. LOL.

Not too many frats at Marquette back in the 80's. Though I could imagine Mr. Farley on the balcony of the Helfaer Theater.
