Let’s see: a Mayor who has been viewed staggering drunk and naked on his own block (and who spends his summers picking fights with Bradley Beach cops) and a city councilman who enjoys giving golden showers for free. JC pols are always good for a few laughs.

friend of mine witnessed this sort of thing at a fraternity party at Marquette University some years ago. The guilty party was a fella by the name of Chris Farley. LOL.
Not too many frats at Marquette back in the 80's. Though I could imagine Mr. Farley on the balcony of the Helfaer Theater.
