When you're shaking thousands of hands every day, and illness can be a major issue, it's prudent to do exactly what Bush did. In fact, beofre I eat I use hand sanitizer as well, it's smart! It's no insult, just basic common sense which is now reinterpreted as some insult by someone who refers to his grandmother as a “typical white woman” but is himself a “typical self victimizing black man.”
Any twisting and reinterpretation of this seems like more “I'm a victim, I'm shocked, you're mean spirited,” nonsense.
From the beginning and through his ENTIRE campaign, all one heard was rhetorical defenses calling anyone questioning anything he ever said or did racist, xenophobic, or mean spirited. I imagine his Presidency will be marked by more of the same. Look at him funny and you're a “racist.”

This isn't news. It's BS intended for mass consumption by idiots.
When you're shaking thousands of hands every day, and before you eat, it might be a good idea to sanitize your hands. But of course in America when you do this in front Obama it has a racist, mean spirited, and xenophobic undertone.
I use hand sanitizer after I touch ANYONE!! It’s the first thing that politicians learn to do....shake a lot of hands, but if you don’t want to catch a cold or pass a cold on, you use Hand Sanitizer. Geesh.
ONe thing I can say about Barack, I don’t think he is the kind of “trailer trash” like the Clinton staff to steal things. Barack may be a Solicialist, but he’s got some class.
BTW I don’t mean to disparage all people who live in trailers!

Bill Sammon is not into making things up. What I find interesting is how Barak Obama has commanded projection. He called Bush messianic according to Barak in his book. I guess if you want to know what he is going to do, just see what he is accusing others of doing.

I’m not getting what happened here. Did Sammon interview President Bush about this? Is that the reaction he’s recounting now? What’s the point? If he’s trying to make President Bush look bad I think he might be accomplishing just the opposite. Why would BO put this in a book anyway? I’d think he would have important ideas to write about.....oh, wait.....
