“I enjoyed the neanderthals cheering obama as they cuffed the guy.”
They are bringing hope and change and ending war, planting gardens, holding hands and singing happy songs only—dontchaknow-—NOT.

This man had every right to wear that shirt and do what he did. What he did was also very dangerous but if this is a sign of things to come under Obomba, we are in for a very rough time.

Nice. The chanting sounded like something out of kenya or rawanda. I can understand the police wanting to get the guy out of there before a riot started. It sure as hell ain’t right though.

What the military thinks? Read my tagline. I didn't swear to protect the president or the USA, I - and every service member in the nation - swore to protect the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic.

I hope most American soldiers remember that when and if Obama decides to suspend elections in his first or second term.
I’m sure they will.

At first, I thought the worst about this, but the way he stutters instead of actually finishing the words “Peaceful Protest,” The plastic sword, and lifting his arm right before the cop pulls his shirt, means he was not in the right. And he was dumb for not realizing he was in danger, going in the bookstore and turning his shirt inside out.
I downloaded this and watched it in slo-mo. Really studied this incident. My conclusion: This might be a Alex Jones inspired setup. There is not enough info, putting words on the screen to try to shape the viewers opinions invalidates it. The news media might have picked it up if it didn’t have the 911-inside job crap and the devil picture at the front.
as someone said in a previous thread this is akin to going into a biker bar and yelling “Harley riders are wimps.”
Alex Jones is possibly a CIA plant to discredit people who might want to believe some of his stuff. Classic disinformation and psychological warfare.

I gotta side with the cops on this. It’s not right, but the cops may have saved his life as well as a few others.

IMO, it's a short matter of time before the bullets start flying and the white racist devils start falling. We're not all Palin, we're all Nicole. Not to worry, though, as the white racist devils will be talking about the second amendment and making bold declarations, and of course, as always, refraining from stooping to their level. Not to mention enjoying social occasions with liberal family and friends.

people, it has started.....I don't want to hear anyone talk about how our Secret Service or our FBI or our police or even our military leaders will follow the constitution....
they are men....they will follow whatever orders that be.....
be very very afraid.

The toy sword is odd. But other than standing out in this crowd, why was this guy arrested?

He was arrested for disobeying a police officer. Theyasked him to move along, and he said, saying he has a 1st Amendment right to free speech.
I’ve always been one to question the legality of having to “obey” a police officer, especially when I’m not violating any laws. I still question it.
In this particular instance, the police had a good reason to tell him to leave, to avoid a physical disturbance and incite the crowd to violence.
But, at the end of their discussion, he said, and he raised his hand to point to it, that his car was the other way. That’s when the little cop rushed him and grabbed his shirt.
This is a prime example of why community policing tactics should be taught to our police officers, this whole thing could have been avoided with just a little bit of diplomacy and finesse.
But, don’t get me started...LOL

Whether or not this was a set-up as you suggest, this guy was the canary in the coalmine for free speech that night and the “authorities” said no to his rights. Everyone is covered under the First Amendment in this country last time I checked. But that was before Change took over.
